- Owner & Founder -

Proprietor of Luton & Associates and Broker at Luton Properties, Nick is a well-rounded land development executive with experience across multiple facets of the development and home building process. He has spent years overseeing land acquisition and development as well as urban& suburban new home construction. Nick is capable of designing and executing lucrative, efficient land development strategies, managing complex home building operations and maximizing return on land investments. Nick has extensive experience with public financing districts such as MUDs - having created, managed, and annexed into both suburban and In-City MUDs. A graduate of Texas A&M with a Civil Engineering degree and a MBA, Nick loves to spend time with his family travelling and coaching his sons sports teams.

- Land Project Manager - 

Joel graduated from the Masters of Land and Property Development program at Texas A&M University, where he received instruction in topics of feasibility study such as market analysis, due diligence and site analysis. He also received training in practical topics of land development such as residential land planning, project management, financial modeling and real estate law. By combining his training and experience, Joel supports the team in a variety ways to help their clients achieve optimal outcomes in their projects and developments.  He’s integral in the management of numerous residential land development projects putting his education into action.

- Land Operations Coordinator - 

With a dynamic personality and strong drive to succeed, Cristina has proved a worthy addition to the Luton & Associates team. As our Land Operations Coordinator, Cristina plays a key role in ensuring our business has the tools it needs to function successfully. Her superior administrative skills combined with a background in the home building industry make her an invaluable asset to our company. Cristina is also a devoted wife and mother to two children.
